Thirty days, full refund, we pay the label. Here’s the whole policy.
The 30-Day Window
You may return any cane within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price and tax. The cane should be in the condition you received it — normal trying-it-out wear is fine.
Engraved & Custom Canes
Engraved canes are non-returnable — we made yours specifically and can’t resell it. Custom heights are returnable like any other cane.
Wrong height is never a “return”: we swap heights free, forever, under the Lifetime Guarantee.
How to Return
- Call (877) 555-2263 or email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number.
- We email you a prepaid return label (no printer? we mail it).
- Box it up — the original box works — and hand it to any carrier location.
When You Get Your Money
We issue the refund the day the cane arrives back at the workshop, to your original payment method. Banks typically show it within 3–5 business days. We’ll email you at each step.
Arrived Damaged?
Don’t return it — that’s a warranty replacement, faster and free. Call us with a photo and a replacement ships within five business days. See the Lifetime Guarantee.
