Information We Collect
When you order or contact us we collect: your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, and order details (including engraving text). If you create an account, we also store your saved addresses and order history.
Payment card numbers are collected and processed by Stripe, Inc. — they never touch our servers.
How We Use It
- To build, ship, and support your order (including sharing your address with our shipping partners, e.g. USPS/UPS via EasyPost).
- To answer your calls and messages.
- To send order emails — confirmation, shipping, delivery.
- Marketing email only if you signed up for it; every one has an unsubscribe link that works.
We never sell your information. We never share it for advertising.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies: to keep your cart between visits, to keep you signed in, and to count visits in aggregate. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Your Choices & Rights
Call or email us any time to: see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account and history (we keep only what tax law requires). Residents of certain states (including California) have additional statutory rights; we honor them for everyone.
